We are currently accepting applications from aspiring and experienced telephone market research interviewers based in the Philippines to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for conducting surveys and interviews over the phone, gathering essential information, and ensuring accuracy in data collection. This role is crucial for supporting our research and customer feedback initiatives. Experience of phone-based communications with businesses is preferred, but not required. Full training is provided on our internal processes and platforms. No sales activity is required as we conduct only confidential research studies, but professional, polite, persuasive, and confident spoken communication skills are essential. This position will involve engaging with survey participants in businesses across North America and Asia, requiring flexibility and the ability to work either night shifts or local region business hours. Core duties:Conduct confidential phone interviews with participants in a professional mannerGather data and insights by asking targeted questions and actively listening to responsesAccurately record responses in designated systems or softwareEnsure compliance with data privacy and confidentiality regulationsMaintain a thorough understanding of survey topics and objectives, effectively communicating the purpose of the survey to respondentsManage appointments, schedules, and follow-up callsCollaborate with supervisors, team leaders, and other research colleagues to ensure all procedures and instructions are correctly followedReport any issues encountered during calls to management for resolutionStay updated on company information to answer any questions or information requests from participantsMaintain full records of work progress for each projectRegularly report progress to supervisors and managers on assigned projectsMeet daily and weekly performance targets for calls conducted, completed surveys, and data accuracyAssist in the development and testing of interview scripts and questionnairesHandle and resolve any issues or questions from participantsPerform project-related administrative tasks as necessaryAdhere to RONIN's market research quality proceduresUnderstand the market research process and confidentiality requirements related to participant confidentiality and best practices, including processes related to RONIN quality standardsPerform to the expected quality requirement QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plusPrevious experience as a market research telephone interviewer is advantageousExperience in a call centre, customer service, or data collection role is preferred, but not required Language SkillsEnglish: Fluent spoken English; professional level for written English Essential SkillsStrong verbal communication skills with a clear and professional telephone mannerExcellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handlingHonesty and a strong work ethicStrong active listening, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesAbility to work efficiently and to make a high volume of calls in a professional mannerProficiency in using computer systems and software for data entry and managementFamiliarity and confidence in inputting data accurately in different data collection platformsFlexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlinesWillingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts, as required
