Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Team Leader to oversee daily store operations and lead our crew members to success. In this role, you will be the bridge between management and staff, ensuring that operational goals are met while maintaining the highest standards of food safety, quality, and customer service. You will be responsible for motivating the team, handling administrative duties, and ensuring a seamless experience for every customer. Key Responsibilities: • Led the goal of the daily operation and monitors all the assigned Stores.• Educating Crew Members on proper food handling procedures and customer service.• To delegate the task to her / his respective team and ensure that established guidelines onhygiene, quality, and food safety are followed.• Scheduling work shifts and approving or declining Crew Members' requests for leave and timeoff.• Monitoring the work quality of the employee/s assigned to him/her.• To make short action plans as a stepping stone to achieve targets.• Organizing and developing employee schedules.• Handle customer complaints and queries.• Briefs Service Crews on new products, price adjustments, marketing/promo activities, policychanges, and other activities related to operations.• Oversee all front and back-of-the-house restaurant operations.• To cascade the key performance indicators• Handles administrative work.• Ensure high standards of customer service are well maintained.• Assist and train crews in the outlet.• Conducts monthly audits and Quality Evaluations of the outlet.• Coordinates with the Logistics Department regarding weekly supply orders, scheduleddelivery, and scheduled repair and/or service maintenance.• Motivate and encourage staff to achieve targets. Qualifications: Proven experience in a supervisory or team leader role, preferably in the Food & Beverage (F&B) or retail industry.Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality standards.Excellent leadership and delegation skills.Ability to manage conflict and handle customer complaints effectively.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and administrative tasks.Must be willing to work in a fast-paced environment and be flexible with shifting schedules.Preferably a residence of General Santos City or any nearby cities.
