Talent Sourcer (High-Volume Recruitment | Australian Market)

Job description

We are seeking a high-performance Talent Sourcer to support recruitment delivery for an Australian business. This role is heavily focused on candidate sourcing and pipeline generation, not full-cycle recruitment. The primary objective is to identify, engage, and deliver a high volume of qualified candidates for recruiters to assess. The ideal candidate has strong agency recruitment experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can consistently generate 200+ qualified candidates per week across multiple roles. Key Responsibilities Source candidates across multiple roles using:- LinkedIn Recruiter- Job boards (Seek, Indeed, etc.)- Talent databases, referrals, and passive sourcing channelsBuild and maintain high-volume candidate pipelines (200+ candidates/week)Conduct initial outreach and engagement (calls, messages, emails)Perform initial screening and qualification checksMake 20–30 outbound calls per day to engage candidatesMaintain and update talent pools in JobAdder (ATS)Partner closely with recruiters to ensure a consistent flow of interview-ready candidatesContinuously improve sourcing strategies, tools, and outreach methods Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years of agency recruitment experienceStrong hands-on experience in candidate sourcing (core function)Proven ability to generate high-volume candidate pipelinesExperience using:- LinkedIn Recruiter- JobAdder (required)- Job boards and sourcing tools (Seek, Indeed, etc.)Comfortable making 20–30 outbound calls per dayStrong written and verbal English communication skillsAbility to work at speed with high-output expectations Highly Preferred Experience supporting Australian clients or rolesExperience sourcing for:- Operations- Admin- Marketing- Professional servicesBackground in high-volume or agency recruitment environmentsExperience working with fast-moving requisition pipelines IMPT.
