What can you expect in a “Talent Acquisition Systems Expert” role with TaskUs: We are seeking a TA Systems Expert to lead the implementation and continuous evolution of our Talent Acquisition technology stack. You will be "boots on the ground", responsible for ensuring our transition to Workday Recruiting is flawless and that we are leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to gain a competitive advantage in the talent market. This is an on-site role designed for a professional who thrives on direct stakeholder engagement and has a proven track record of delivering successful, large-scale HR technology implementation Required Qualifications:The Workday Expert: 2+ years of hands-on Workday experience, with at least two full-lifecycle implementations of the Recruiting module.The AI Innovator: Demonstrated experience implementing AI/ML tools within a recruitment workflow (e.g., chatbots, automated screening, or predictive analytics).The TA Practitioner: You understand the "why" behind the "how." You know how high-volume and executive recruiting differ and can build systems to support both.Technical Toolkit: Advanced proficiency in Workday Calculated Fields, EIBs, Report Writer, and Security Groups.Leadership: Proven ability to lead projects on-site, managing stakeholders from C-suite to entry-level recruiters. Responsibilities:Lead the end-to-end implementation/optimization of Workday Recruiting, including discovery, design, configuration, and UAT.Own the Business Process (BP) design, ensuring workflows are lean, automated, and provide a world-class candidate experience.Configure complex features such as Workday Docs (BIRT) for offers, Evergreen Requisitions, and Candidate Self-Service portals.Act as the primary on-site technical consultant, translating recruiter needs into functional Workday logic.Identify and implement AI-driven tools (e.g., Workday Illuminate, HiredScore, Paradox, or Eightfold) to automate candidate screening, sourcing, and scheduling.Ensure all AI integrations are seamlessly "plugged in" to Workday, maintaining data integrity and a single source of truth.Conduct regular audits of AI algorithms to ensure compliance with global hiring regulations and bias-mitigation standards.Conduct on-site training workshops for Recruiters and Hiring Managers to drive 100% system adoption.Create high-quality documentation, "How-To" guides, and video tutorials tailored to our specific Workday tenant.Partner with TA leadership to define and track success metrics (e.g., Reduction in Time-to-Shortlist, Recruiter Capacity Increase). Work Location / Work Schedule / Travel:Onsite Work Schedule - Monday - Friday
