Job Summary: The IT Manager leads software and infrastructure projects, ensuring timely, on-scope, and cost-effective delivery while maintaining reliable and efficient information systems. The role serves as a shared resource supporting key initiatives, including merchandising and supply chain projects. Job Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end IT project delivery (planning to closure)Manage and mentor project team and stakeholdersCommunicate project status, risks, and issuesAllocate resources and manage timelines effectivelyIdentify risks and implement mitigation strategiesOversee budget, cost control, and financial trackingEnsure quality and alignment with business requirementsCoordinate with vendors for solutions and support Job Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related fieldMinimum 7 years in IT project managementExperience in supply chain/merchandising systems (preferred)Retail industry experience is an advantagePMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification preferredProven delivery of medium to large IT projectsStrong knowledge of SDLC and infrastructure
