Job description Key ResponsibilitiesSupport Supply Chain, Planning, and Operations meetings, providing updates on demand, capacity, and execution statusMonitor and execute supply and tooling demand across local and international sitesCoordinate end-to-end domestic and international logistics, including inbound, outbound, and return flowsPlan and optimize transportation routes, carrier selection, load consolidation, and delivery schedulesManage site-to-site transfers, inventory movements, and system updates (e.g., ETM or equivalent supply chain tools)Track shipment performance, lead times, and exceptions to ensure on-time and in-full deliverySupport forecasting of shipment volumes and capacity requirements in coordination with planning teamsAssist with transportation cost analysis and optimization initiativesPrepare and deliver regular supply chain reports, dashboards, and stakeholder updatesIdentify process gaps and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across supply chain operations Required QualificationsFluent in Spanish and English (written and verbal)Background in supply chain, logistics, planning, or operationsExperience coordinating domestic and international transportationStrong computer skills with the ability to navigate multiple systems and planning toolsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work independently, manage priorities, and take ownershipComfortable operating in fast-paced, high-pressure supply chain environments Nice-to-Have SkillsDemand, transportation, or production planning and schedulingInventory, asset, or tooling managementExposure to TMS, ERP, or supply chain planning systemsTransportation cost modeling or simulationProcess improvement or continuous improvement mindsetExperience supporting control tower or centralized supply chain operations Job summary: Act as the primary coordination point for Supply Chain, Field Operations, and external logistics partners.
