This hiring is for FoodCrave Marketing, Inc. - a subsidiary of San Miguel Foods, Inc. Location will be in NAIA Terminals in Pasay City. Key Responsibilities:Hire, train, schedule, and evaluate employees, ensuring competency and follows company policies.Interact with customers, address complaints, and ensure a positive dining experience.Oversee daily activities, maintain cleanliness, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulationsManage inventory levels, order supplies, and track expensesEnsure food quality and service standards are met.Address and resolve issues that arise during serviceTrain new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff, covering aspects like food handling, customer service, and safety protocols. Qualifications:Must be College Graduate of any 4-year courseMinimum of 10 years experience in food service operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role; strong knowledge in cash handling, POS operations, inventory managementThe required 10 years of food service experience must be specifically in restaurant operationsExperience working in a fast paced environment, in independent foodservice establishments, preferably full service restaurants/quick service restaurants at 24 hours operationProactive leadership: anticipates operational needs, acts without constant supervision and drives improvementStrong people management skills: able to lead, motivate, and develop team members for peak performanceOperational Independence: capable of making sound decisions and solving problems on the spotDemonstrates active listening and the ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements, showing openness to continuous learning and proactively addressing issues raisedMust possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to present oneself professionally and maintain a positive, customer-friendly presence, reliable, adaptable, and able to perform under pressure.Must be able to bridge management and crew operations: guiding the team, ensuring customer satisfaction, and keeping daily operations smooth while embodying professionalismMust be willing to be assigned in Ninoy Aquino International Airport - Pasay CityWilling to work in various shifts including weekends and holidays.
