Job Description Position description: Responsible for the efficient processing of all sales transactions. Ensures all daily sales transactions are correct – cash on hand tallies with the total sales. Responsibilities: Handles ticketing and payment transactions accurately, including cash, card, discounts, and promotions, while ensuring correct pricing and issuance of receipts and change. Maintains accountability of sales by balancing cash at the start and end of each shift and submitting complete reports and documents in line with cashiering policies.

Provides excellent customer service by greeting guests, addressing inquiries or complaints, and ensuring a pleasant and efficient experience at the counter. Supports business goals through suggestive selling and promoting available park products, food, and merchandise. Maintains cleanliness, proper grooming, and adherence to company standards while continuously developing skills through training and career development initiatives.
