Experience: 6+ YearsRole SummaryWe are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Developer with 6+ years of hands‑on development experience to design, configure, and enhance ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The role involves deep platform customization, integrations, and collaboration with global stakeholders to deliver scalable and high‑quality ITSM solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules:Incident, Problem, Change, Request, KnowledgeDevelop and maintain:Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI ActionsScript Includes, ACLs, NotificationsWorkflows & Flow DesignerImplement and maintain CMDB aligned with CSDM best practicesBuild and support REST/SOAP integrations, MID Server configurationsPerform platform upgrades, patching, and regression testingProvide L3 production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolutionCreate dashboards, reports, and Performance Analytics (good to have)Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and ITSM stakeholdersEnsure solutions follow ITIL and ServiceNow best practicesDocument technical designs and support knowledge transferRequired Technical Skills6+ years of ServiceNow development experienceStrong hands-on experience with ITSMJavaScript & Glide API expertiseExperience with Flow Designer & WorkflowsCMDB & CSDM implementation experienceREST/SOAP API integrationsServiceNow versions: Rome / San Diego / Tokyo / UtahExperience in Agile/Scrum delivery environmentsCertifications (Mandatory / Preferred)CSA – Certified System Administrator (Mandatory)CIS – ITSM (Highly Preferred)CAD – Certified Application Developer (Good to have)ITIL Foundation (Preferred)Soft SkillsStrong verbal & written English communicationStakeholder and client-facing experienceProblem-solving and analytical mindsetAbility to work independently in a global delivery modelNice to HaveExperience with HRSD / CSM / SecOpsPerformance Analytics (PA)ATF (Automated Test Framework)Experience working with MSPs or global enterprises
