Qualifications:Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on quality assurance, employee engagement, and operational excellence.Strong ability to mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of growth and accountability.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience in client-facing interactions.Demonstrated ability to lead/direct process improvement initiatives and manage cross-functional projects.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented approach to driving organizational goals.Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience3-5 years People Manager/TL experienceProblem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive mindset.Stakeholder/Client Management
