Senior Procurement Engineer

QUALIFICATIONS:· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.· Preferably 5 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent. Preferably with exposure in the field of construction.· Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel).· Ability to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions· Ability to negotiate, establish, and administer contracts.· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.· Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.· Accurate and precise attention to details DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:· Reports to Purchasing Manager, in her absence, the President· Canvass materials and labor for incoming projects on bidding· Prepares procurement plans for new project assignment· Prepares material submittals for client's approval· Updates daily the material monitoring report for on-going projects to ensure on time delivery of orders to avoid delay.· Handles Naysa system for Procurement Department· Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
