About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and motivated IT Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a passion for solving complex IT challenges. This role will be responsible for providing technical support, maintaining network infrastructure, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Responsibilities:Technical Support:Provide timely and effective technical support to users, resolving hardware and software issues.Troubleshoot and diagnose system and network problems.Respond to user inquiries and requests in a professional and efficient manner. Network Administration:Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.Configure and optimize network settings to ensure optimal performance and security.Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. System Administration:Install, configure, and maintain servers, workstations, and other IT equipment.Implement and enforce security policies to protect sensitive data.Perform regular system backups and disaster recovery procedures. Software Installation and Updates:Install and upgrade software applications as needed.Configure software settings to meet organizational requirements.Test new software and hardware to ensure compatibility and performance. Documentation:Maintain detailed documentation of IT systems, procedures, and troubleshooting steps. Qualifications:Minimum Education Required: Bachelor degree in Information Technology.Minimum Relevant Experience Required: At least 5 years. Required Skills:Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.Experience with network administration and troubleshooting.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+) are a plus. .Additional DetailsOffice Location: East Avenue, Quezon CitySchedule: 8AM - 6PM, Full onsite, rotating schedule.1 year contract
