Job description
A proven offshore staffing company is seeking a Senior Growth Consultant to drive business development through strategic outbound sales activities. This role offers the opportunity to work with international clients while building a career in the rapidly growing offshore staffing industry. THE ROLEYou will be responsible for generating qualified sales opportunities through multi-channel outbound campaigns and nurturing prospects through the early stages of the sales pipeline. This position requires engaging directly with founders, executives, and hiring managers to introduce Staff X's offshore staffing solutions and qualify their hiring needs. You will work closely with senior sales closers and internal teams to ensure smooth opportunity progression and client onboarding. WHAT YOU WILL DO▸Generate sales opportunities through high-volume outbound calling to decision-makers, LinkedIn outreach, and email sequencing campaigns▸Conduct qualification conversations to assess company size, hiring intent, business challenges, and decision-maker involvement to determine fit for Staff X's offshoring model▸Maintain engagement with prospects after Discovery and Role Calibration Calls through strategic follow-ups, proposal clarification, and addressing questions about the offshoring model▸Document all call activity, notes, and outcomes in CRM with proper pipeline stage management and task tracking▸Collaborate with Senior Managers/Closers, Talent Acquisition team, and Client Success team to ensure smooth opportunity progression and handoffs▸Build rapport with founders, executives, and hiring managers while handling objections and explaining the Staff X model professionally▸Progress opportunities through early to middle sales stages with confidence in business conversations WHAT YOU BRING✔ Advanced proficiency with CRM platforms, specifically HubSpot (preferred) or Salesforce, plus experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Outreach, SalesLoft, or ZoomInfo✔ Minimum 5 years of experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or sales development roles✔ Proven ability to engage confidently with founders, executives, and hiring managers in business conversations✔ Strong qualification skills with experience identifying hiring intent and assessing prospect fit✔ Professional objection handling and relationship management capabilities with experience maintaining follow-ups across multiple prospects✔ Previous experience in offshoring, outsourcing, staffing, or BPO companies is highly valued COMMITMENT:This is a contractor engagement.You are responsible for your own taxes, benefits, and statutory obligations.The client and Staff X expect a professional service relationship with clear deliverables.
