Job Summary: The position exists to support CCF in the area Treasury and Financial Planning. With the objective of efficiently and effectively providing the leadership with accurate and timely Financial Reports and Cash Management within the limits of the company’s strategic objective. I . KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Bank Reconciliation ProcessPrepare monthly bank reconciliation reports regarding all cash deposits and disbursements to the bank(s)Reconciling payments to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transactions.Perform the reconciliation and verification of accounts regarding cash at hand and cash at bank.Ensure Satellite Bank Accounts and Revolving Accounts are verified and reconciled.Ensure accurate and timely reconciliation of banking transactions for all the bank accounts to ensure timely completion of financial reports.Provide monthly summary of bank reconciliations for review by Management Daily Monitoring and Analysis of Cash BalancesClose coordination with Accounts Payable team for the list of disbursementClose coordination with Accounts Receivable team for the list of collectionsSupervise the investigation and follow up of all outstanding items on bank reconciliation statements with responsible persons and various organization unitsVerify the reliability and accuracy of bank balances in the general ledger and trial balance Process and System Maintenance Provide critical input for technical accounting and policy guidelines on system implementation projects in the area of bank accounts and the reporting of balances due from banks in the financial statements;Process Lead for the Oracle Cash Management Module – execute approved user access, validate the user restricted access and evaluate system functionality. Other MattersCoordination with External and Internal Auditor for cash and cash clearing accountCoordination with Bank for Documents needed and opening of accountsCoordination with Legal Department for any Bank Application QUALIFICATIONS :Bachelor's degree in AccountancyAt least 2 years experience in General Accounting of Financial AccountingCPA board passer is a plusProficient in the use of MS Excel and PowerPointAble to work with minimal supervisionDisplays a high level of maturity and organizational agility (i.e. knows how to properly leverage formal and informal networks)Exhibits strong communication and listening skillsHas a high level of integrity and can be trusted
