About the RoleWe are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Consultant – SAP Production Planning and Quality Management (PPQM) to support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing and Quality solutions in enterprise transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM modules, a strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes, and exposure to modern SAP technologies such as SAP BTP, SAP Fiori, and RISE with SAP. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the SAP PP and QM workstreams in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, covering discrete, process, and repetitive manufacturing along with quality inspection and control processes.Configure SAP PP components including Work Centers, Routings, BOMs, MRP, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.Configure SAP QM components including Inspection Planning, Quality Notifications, Results Recording, and Quality Certificates.Participate in client workshops, requirement gathering, FIT-GAP analysis, and preparation of functional specifications.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM, SD, PM, and EWM modules.Assist in testing cycles (SIT, UAT), data migration, and cutover planning.Work with technical teams to support WRICEF developments and ensure solution quality.Contribute to the adoption of SAP Activate methodology and Fit-to-Standard approach.Provide post-go-live support and help resolve functional and integration issues. Required Skills & Experience4–7 years of SAP experience with at least 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation in PP and/or QM.Hands-on experience in SAP PP and QM configuration and process design.Good understanding of MRP, shop floor control, production execution, and quality inspection processes in S/4HANA.Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology and Agile delivery models.Exposure to SAP BTP, Fiori apps, and RISE with SAP is a plus.Cross-module integration experience with MM, SD, PM, and EWM. CertificationsRequired: SAP S/4HANA Production Planning or Quality Management Certification Preferred: SAP Activate Project Manager (Associate Level)Educational BackgroundBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or related field (B.Tech, MBA, etc.)
