Company Overview: Motorsports, Professional Events Management company that caters to conceptualizing events and branding efforts to provide a complete ladder in motorsports and driver training. SALES SPECIALIST MAIN ROLEThe Sales Specialist is responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, managing client relationships, and achieving sales quotas for the company's programs, events, and services. This role plays a key part in growing the company’s customer base and supporting the overall sales pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESSales & Lead GenerationGenerate new leads through outreach, inquiries, events, and referrals.Manage and follow up on all incoming inquiries to convert them into qualified leads.Drive sales activities from initial contact to closing, ensuring targets are met.Sales Quota AchievementMeet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.Support the Sales & Marketing Supervisor in hitting team goals.Sales Pipeline & Client RelationsMaintain an organized and up-to-date sales pipeline using internal tracking systems.Build and nurture strong client relationships through consistent follow-ups and communication.Conduct client presentations or product briefings when needed.Nurture List ManagementCreate, maintain, and track a nurture list of potential clients for future engagements.Send follow-ups, updates, and relevant marketing materials to keep prospects engaged.Collaboration & ReportingCoordinate with the Sales & Marketing Supervisor for strategy alignment and account updates.Prepare basic sales activity reports, lead updates, and client status summaries.Support marketing initiatives that drive inquiries and conversions. QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a similar roleStrong communication and client-handling skills.Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple leads at once.Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.Interest or exposure to motorsports, events, or automotive industries is a plus.
