Job description

Position Overview:The Sales Executive role is responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for AutoCount POS (Point of Sale), accounting software and other products. This position requires a strong understanding of POS and accounting software systems, as well as excellent sales and customer relationship management skills. Responsibilities:1. Sales and Business Development:- Identify potential customers and generate new leads through research, networking, and prospecting.- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features of autocount POS and Accounting software.- Build and maintain a pipeline of opportunities, managing the sales process from lead qualification to closure.- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure new business. 2. Customer Relationship Management:- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.- Understand customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their specific needs.- Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining regular communication.- Conduct regular business reviews with customers to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. 3. Market and Competitor Analysis:- Conduct market research to identify target markets, customer segments, and competitors.- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and potential challenges.- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams to enhance product positioning and develop effective sales strategies. 4. Sales Reporting and Forecasting:- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales opportunities.- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to track performance and provide visibility to management. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting or a related fields.• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is a plus• Minimum of one year of proven sales experience, preferably within the software sector.• In-depth knowledge and practical experience with POS and accounting software.• Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales quotas and contributing to revenue growth.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at clearly explaining complex technical details to customers.• Proficient negotiation and deal-closing abilities, with a strong capacity to build trust and rapport.• Customer-oriented approach with outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to forge strong relationships.• Skilled in using MS Office Suite.• Experience with Quickbooks, Xero and other accounting software is a plus.
