Job description

The Risk and Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing internal and external audit processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. This role develops and implements audit strategies to minimize risks, enhance operational efficiency, and strengthen quality management systems. The position also leads audit activities, analyzes findings, and collaborates with stakeholders to implement actionable improvements while maintaining the highest standards of integrity and professionalism. Key ResponsibilitiesOversee internal and external audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standardDevelop and implement audit strategies and risk management initiatives to reduce operational and compliance riskAnalyze audit findings and provide actionable recommendations for process and quality improvementManage audit timelines, deliverables, and reporting requirements effectivelyCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to improve audit effectiveness and operational performanceFacilitate communication between audit teams, management, and clientPerform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actionUtilize technology and process improvement tools to enhance audit and quality management systemMentor junior staff and support their professional development and performance growthMaintain exceptional standards of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism in all audit activitiesQualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related fieCertified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferrMinimum of seven (7) years of relevant work experience, preferably in audStrong experience managing internal and external audit processKnowledge of quality management systems and risk management practiceProven leadership and mentoring abilityStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex daExcellent communication and stakeholder management skilllsStrong business acumen and ability to collaborate across departmentProficient in utilizing technology and systems for process enhancement Preferred SkiExperience in compliance, governance, and operational risk managementAbility to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectiveStrong attention to detail and organizational skiAbility to work independently and within a team environment
