ABOUT THE ROLEWe are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Restaurant Management Systems (RMS) Manager to oversee and optimize our restaurant systems and operational processes across all stores and commissaries. This role is central to ensuring smooth, consistent, and efficient restaurant operations by focusing on inventory management, process improvement, system standardization, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Commissary teams to strengthen system controls, improve inventory accuracy, streamline workflows, and support continuous operational improvements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Manage and optimize restaurant management systems to support daily operations and business requirements.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.Develop and implement standardized operational procedures and system controls across all locations.Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements aligned with operational needs.Oversee inventory management processes, including stock monitoring, reconciliation, reporting, and stock movement.Ensure inventory accuracy through proper system controls, audits, and compliance procedures.Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities to reduce wastage and improve operational efficiency.Collaborate with Operations and Supply Chain teams to address inventory and process-related concerns.Develop and maintain operational manuals, process documentation, and user guidelines related to RMS.Ensure consistency in system usage, inventory procedures, and workflows across all stores and commissaries.Support system implementation, upgrades, testing, and rollout activities.Coordinate with IT, Finance, Operations, and other departments to resolve system and operational concerns.Provide operational insights and recommendations based on system reports and data analysis.Support process automation and operational improvement initiatives.Conduct training programs for restaurant and support teams on RMS processes and system usage.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify workflows and strengthen operational execution.Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and operational controls. JOB QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Industrial EngineeringAt least 8–10 years of relevant experience in Restaurant Management Systems, inventory management, and process improvement.Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience handling RMS operations and system optimization.Strong background in inventory management, operational controls, and process standardization.Experience in restaurant, food service, or hospitality operations is preferred.Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
