Job description

This role drives retail supply efficiency by distributing the right products to the right stores at the right time, utilizing sales trends and demand forecasts. Key responsibilities include maximizing on-shelf availability, minimizing excess or aging stock, and collaborating with logistics and store teams to ensure seamless replenishment and an exceptional customer experience JOB RESPONSIBILITIESExecute timely and accurate distribution to stores based on demand forecasts and sales trends.Drive high On-Shelf Availability (OSA) while maintaining optimal stock levels across all locations.Identify and address slow-moving, excess, and aging stocks to improve inventory efficiency.Coordinate closely with logistics and store teams to guarantee timely and accurate stock transfers.Proactively respond to replenishment needs and ensure product availability to enhance overall customer experience. JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Supply Chain, or related field1–3 years of experience in distribution planning, inventory management, or supply chain operationsStrong background in retail or FMCG/appliance distribution is an advantageSkilled in data analysis, forecasting, and inventory planning
