This is a role defined by range and energy, one where each day brings its own rhythm and demands. Core responsibilities include: Managing admin and client inboxes with a same-day response mindsetAnswering phones and providing a warm, professional first point of contactHandling client queries, scheduling, and correspondence with care and efficiencyAssisting with client proposals, engagement letters, invoices, tax returns, and financial statements, ensuring accuracy and complianceCoordinating tax lodgements, including returns and BAS submissionsMaintaining secure and organised digital filing systemsFollowing up on overdue debtor accounts via emailSupporting the Practice Manager with ad hoc personal assistant dutiesCalendar Scheduling & attending meetings.Contributing to continuous improvement in office policies and proceduresAny other reasonable tasks that help the team and our clients succeedEnsuring the security, integrity, and confidentiality of data About you: You don't need to tick every box, but you should recognise yourself in most of these: Minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in an accounting firmStrong verbal and written communication abilitiesExceptional organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlinesA self-starter who thrives working independently, but also loves being part of a teamDetail-oriented and committed to getting it right the first timeGenuinely cares about delivering great outcomes for clients and teamworkProactive mindset.
