Responsibilities:Formulates and implements strategies to recruit Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to establish a high performing sales group. Motivates and Manages Agency Expansion Managers and Agents to increase sales and recruitmentConducts Joint Field Work (JFW) with Agency Leaders and Agents to assist in selling activities/closing sales. Qualifications:Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree (preferably in Business or Marketing course)At least 3-5 years sales management experience (preferably with experience in Agency sales)Excellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal skills, with strong ability to influence and negotiateAbility to build a pipeline of exemplary talents and expand his/her networkDynamic, Collaborative, and Highly motivated individual.
