This role requires strong leadership, analytics capability, and operational expertise in recruitment and sourcing. Key ResponsibilitiesSourcing Strategy & ExecutionDevelop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract top talent across multiple channelsDrive proactive talent pipelining for critical and high-volume rolesPartner with recruitment and business leaders to align sourcing initiatives with hiring needs. Team Leadership & People ManagementLead, mentor, and develop a team of sourcing specialists.Set performance goals, monitor team productivity, and provide continuous coaching and feedback,Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture within the sourcing team. Recruitment OperationsOversee sourcing operations and ensure process efficiency and compliance with company standards.Optimize workflows, tools, and sourcing methodologies for improved outcomes. Reporting & AnalyticsAnalyze talent acquisition data and sourcing metrics (e.g., pipeline health, conversion rates, time-to-fill.Create and present actionable insights to stakeholders and leadership.Drive data-informed decision-making to improve sourcing performance.
