We are looking for a dedicated Real Estate Transaction Coordinator to ensure smooth, timely transactions from start to finish. This role is crucial for keeping every detail organized from the initial contract all the way to closing. Key Responsibilities - Manage Contract-to-Close: Oversee all buyer and seller transactions from executed purchase agreement to closing. - Streamline Operations: Coordinate title, escrow, mortgage loan, and appraisal processes. - Facilitate Communication: Coordinate inspections and maintain consistent communication with clients, agents, and lenders. - Ensure Compliance: Submit all necessary documentation to the office broker for file compliance. - Logistics Coordination: Coordinate moving and possession schedules. - Manage Closing: Schedule, coordinate, and attend the closing process. - Data Management: Enter and maintain all client information in the client database. What You Bring - Experience: At least 6 months of experience in Real Estate Transaction Coordination. - Communication: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. - Precision: Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. - Execution: Strong coordination, scheduling, and proactive problem-solving abilities. - Autonomy: Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
