Job description

The Real Estate Salesperson will be responsible for marketing and selling Alveo Land’s real estate portfolio, including condominiums, residential lots, office spaces, and commercial properties in the Philippines. The role involves assisting clients throughout the sales process, conducting property presentations, building client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities while representing the Alveo Land brand professionally. Job ResponsibilitiesDeveloping marketing strategies to attract potential buyers through online and offline platformsNegotiating deals with clients, site visit tours and facilitating documents to complete a saleAdvise clients about real estate market conditions, prices and investment potential of productsMeet required sales quota every quarter .Minimum QualificationsA graduate of any 2-year or 4-year coursesExperience in the real estate industry is an advantage, but not requiredPreferably with sales background (insurance, car, retail, etc.)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and closing skillsWilling to undergo training and continuous learning
