WHAT WE LOOK FOR:Bachelor's degree graduate in Civil EngineeringLicensed Civil Engineer (PRC)With at least 5 years hands-on knowledge of, and experience with bid documentations, procedures, and procurementGood & effective English communication skills both verbal & writtenFully conversant with Microsoft Office & PlanswiftSound familiarity with the Building Code of the PhilippinesKnowledge of ISO quality standards, construction safety rules & regulation, and QA/QC standards is an edge WHAT THE MINIMUM TASKS ARE:Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), quantity take-offs, budgetary estimates, and cost analyses for structural, architectural, and civil works.Manage procurement and tender activities, including sourcing quotations, bid evaluation, cost comparison, and supplier/subcontractor negotiations.Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, Japanese management, and project teams to ensure accurate and competitive project proposals.Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents to develop reliable estimates and construction costing methodologies.Conduct market research, supplier assessments, and site inspections to support procurement planning and project budgeting.Ensure compliance with company procurement procedures, ISO standards, building codes, and contractual requirements.Maintain procurement records, cost databases, bid analyses, and QS documentation to support project execution and future reference.
