QA Department Head - Motorcycle

W are looking for an experienced and results-driven QA Department Head to lead the Quality Assurance operations for our Motorcycle (MC) Collection Department.This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality collection processes, compliance standards, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across the department. Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the QA operations of the MC Collection DepartmentDevelop and implement quality assurance policies, procedures, and standardsMonitor collection activities to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirementsConduct audits, evaluations, and performance assessmentsIdentify process gaps and implement corrective and preventive actionsCollaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Collection teams to improve efficiency and service qualityPrepare QA reports, analytics, and recommendations for managementTrain, coach, and supervise QA team members Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Management, or related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance, preferably in banking, collections, or financial servicesStrong understanding of collection operations, compliance, and QA methodologiesExcellent analytical, leadership, and communication skillsAbility to manage teams and drive process improvementsDetail-oriented and highly organized
