What will you do?Leads KOL scouting, outreach, and relationship management Handles negotiations, contracts, and deliverables Develops clear, strategic briefs for KOLs aligned with campaign objectives Coordinates end-to-end PR and KOL campaigns Strategizes KOL pyramids, partnerships, events, and seeding kits Ensures all outputs are aligned with brand positioning and strategy Manages timelines, approvals, and execution across stakeholders Tracks performance and generate post-campaign reports and insights Identify and develop multi-brand partnerships, collaborations, and co-branded opportunities Who are we looking for?Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field1–3 years experience in PR, influencer marketing, or brand marketing Strong negotiation and communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Good eye for talent, trends, and brand fit Able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
