Job Title: Project ManagerLocation:BridgetownWork Arrangement:Hybrid – 2 to 3 days onsite per weekEmployment Type:6-Month Extending Contract Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly organized and strategic Project Manager to support enterprise initiatives focused on operational excellence, governance, process improvement, and strategic execution. The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing cross-functional projects, driving governance initiatives, and delivering actionable insights through analytics and stakeholder collaboration.This role requires a proactive individual who can work closely with leadership teams, business stakeholders, and operational units to ensure initiatives are aligned with organizational goals and performance objectives. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage strategic and operational projects from planning through executionAnalyze operational and performance issues to identify root causes and recommend actionable solutionsCollaborate with business leaders, process owners, and cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and business performanceConduct discovery activities including interviews, focus groups, observations, process mapping, and metrics analysisProvide meaningful business insights and recommendations using data analytics and reporting toolsOwn, facilitate, and participate in governance and strategic planning meetingsEnsure strategic initiatives, enabling programs, and projects are properly tracked, measured, and aligned with company goals and Balanced Scorecard objectivesPrepare and deliver clear presentations, status updates, and executive reports to leadership teamsSupport executive leadership with ad hoc strategic and operational initiativesMonitor project risks, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables to ensure successful execution QualificationsBachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldMinimum of 3–5+ years of Project Management experienceStrong experience in governance, strategy execution, operational improvement, or business transformation initiativesExperience coordinating planning, governance, and strategic execution processesKnowledge of budget preparation, quality management, problem solving, and operational analysisStrong understanding of internal controls, governance practices, and process managementPrevious exposure to data governance or data management is an advantageExcellent stakeholder management, leadership, and negotiation skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilitiesHighly organized with strong multitasking and time management skillsExcellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skillsHighly proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsProficient in Power BI and data visualization/reporting toolsAmenable to hybrid work setup and shifting schedules Preferred SkillsExperience working in enterprise or shared services environmentsExposure to PMO, governance frameworks, or strategic planning functionsFamiliarity with process improvement methodologiesExperience working with executive leadership teams and senior stakeholders Work SetupHybrid setup – required onsite 2 to 3 times weekly in Bridgetown6-month extending contractShifting schedules may apply depending on business requirements
