We Are Hiring | Project Coordinator – FF&EWe are seeking a highly organized and commercially aware Project Coordinator with proven experience in the FF&E industry to support the successful execution of hospitality, residential, and fit-out projects.The ideal candidate will have strong coordination capabilities, the ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a solid understanding of FF&E project workflows from procurement through final delivery. Key Responsibilities:• Coordinate and monitor FF&E project activities, timelines, and deliverables• Work closely with procurement, design, estimation, logistics, and site teams• Track material submissions, approvals, production status, and deliveries• Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution• Prepare project reports, trackers, meeting minutes, and progress updates• Ensure all documentation and project records are maintained accurately• Support project managers in resolving operational and coordination challenges Requirements:• Mandatory experience in the FF&E industry• Proven experience in project coordination, fit-out, or interior-related projects• Strong knowledge of procurement and project execution processes• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and project tracking tools Please note: Applications will be considered only from candidates with relevant FF&E industry experience.
