Strategic Portfolio ManagementLead the organization's project portfolio and ensure alignment with business objectives.Prioritize initiatives based on strategic value, resource availability, and business impact.Establish governance frameworks for project selection, approval, and execution.PMO Governance and StandardsDevelop and maintain project management methodologies, policies, templates, and best practices.Ensure compliance with project governance standards across all business units.Monitor project health, risks, dependencies, and overall portfolio performance.Program and Project OversightOversee large-scale transformation, technology, operational excellence, and client-driven projects.Drive successful delivery of projects within scope, schedule, budget, and quality expectations.Escalate and manage critical project risks and issues.Stakeholder ManagementServe as the primary PMO representative to executive leadership and business stakeholders.Facilitate executive steering committees and governance reviews.Provide strategic recommendations and portfolio insights to senior management.Resource and Financial ManagementOptimize project resource allocation across multiple initiatives.Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and ROI realization.Support business case development and investment prioritization.Performance ReportingDevelop executive dashboards and portfolio reporting mechanisms.Track KPIs related to project delivery, benefits realization, and PMO maturity.Present portfolio status and strategic recommendations to leadership.Team LeadershipLead project managers, program managers, business analysts, and PMO staff.Build project management capability through coaching, mentoring, and training.Drive a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and execution excellence. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field.10+ years of project/program management experience.5+ years in a PMO leadership role.Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
