Production Supervisor

Join us and lead a diverse team committed to achieving high standards in quality, safety, and efficiency. ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the production team to ensure efficient operations. Provide training and support to production workers.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards. Assist in developing and implementing production schedules. Coordinate with other departments to ensure materials and resources are available. Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary. Ensure products meet quality standards. Utilize lean manufacturing principles to streamline production processes. Prepare and submit regular reports to the Plant Director.

Ensure all production documentation is up-to-date and correctly filed. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment. Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Maintain open communication with all levels of the organization. Monitor and analyze production scrap to identify root causes and implement corrective actions. Develop and enforce procedures to minimize waste and improve material utilization.

Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure scrap reduction targets are met. QualificationsDiploma or bachelor’s degree in manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of production processes and quality control standards. Proficient in Microsoft Office and production management software. Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
