Procurement Specialist (Ariba)

Job description

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into Ivalua configurations.Design and document functional specifications, workflows, and user stories.Configure Ivalua platform to meet client needs and support testing and validation phases.Participate in project planning, status reporting, and stakeholder communication.Lead functional implementation of Ariba procurement modules (Sourcing, Contracts, Supplier Management, Spend Analysis, etc.). Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Supply Chain, or related field.2 to 3+ years of experience in Ariba implementation or similar procurement platforms.Strong understanding of procurement processes and best practices.Experience with configuration, testing, and deployment of SaaS solutions.Ivalua certification or hands-on experience with Ivalua platform is highly preferred .
