Role Summary: The Head of DBS PMO leads the strategic and operational delivery of all digital programs and projects for the organization. This includes setting project frameworks, managing a high-performing team of project and/or program managers, and ensuring successful delivery of initiatives on time, on budget, with correct and/or complete scope. Key Responsibilities:Design, establish, and continuously evolve the enterprise-level DBS PMO to serve as a center of excellence for project and portfolio management.Lead establishment, updating, and compliance tracking of project governance processes, methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid, etc.), and performance reporting for the company’s entire DBS project ecosystem.Ensure projects are properly resourced from the perspective of both DBS and business unit/functions.Monitoring and tracking of projects to ensure on-time, in-scope, on-budget delivery.Drive the execution of strategic IT projects, including those in manufacturing automation, ERP modernization (e.g., SAP S/4HANA), data analytics, digital commerce, and supply chain transformation.Provide leadership and guidance to project managers across multiple countries and business units.Align project delivery with strategic business goals, timelines, and budgets.Collaborate with finance and HR for resource forecasting, cost control, and talent development within the PMO.Engage with Portfolio Management and executive leadership to review portfolio performance and ensure accountability.Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and agility.Lead and implement improvements, innovations, and changes to processes, etc. when applicable. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or Business; Master's degree preferred.10+ years of experience in IT project and program management, with at least 3–5 years in a PMO leadership role.Deep understanding of FMCG operations, preferably in food manufacturing and global distribution environments.Proven experience leading large-scale IT transformation initiatives and cross-border project teams.Strong grasp of governance models, delivery methodologies (Agile/Waterfall), and digital transformation practices.Executive presence with excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.PMP, PMO-CP, PgMP, or related certifications strongly preferred.
