Platform Associate

Job description

Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead for Growth and Special Projects, the Platform Associate is responsible for assisting in managing Cloudeats' food menus for online delivery platforms such as Grab, Foodpanda, and future aggregator partners. The role works closely with the Commercial Lead to oversee brand menu management through the company's internal menu and order management system, and collaborates with the Brand team to review and execute approved menu changes. The Platform Associate will also handle day-to-day platform coordination — including routine listing updates and storefront maintenance — while ensuring general consistency and completeness across all platforms, such as bundle naming, pricing accuracy, and menu configuration. The role will additionally assist in filing administrative requests such as Purchase Orders (POs), support B2B lead generation efforts, and ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment. The role also covers platform quality checks such as auditing live promotions, verifying menu updates, and conducting competitor checks, along with other operational tasks as needed. Main DutiesDrive excellent menu management in Grab and FoodpandaWork closely with the Commercial Lead to ensure menu changes are executed in a timely and accurate manner across all platformsCoordinate with Brand Managers on planned menu updates, ensuring best practices are upheld — including consistent pricing across brands and logical menu constructionTake ownership of all menu encoding and configuration, including bundle naming consistency, pricing accuracy, and menu setup in the internal menu management systemHelp ensure best in class platform management of brands in Grab and Foodpanda Assist in platform coordination by working with Grab and Foodpanda account managers alongside the Commercial Lead, ensuring all administrative requests are properly filed and aligned — including Purchase Orders (POs) and other related requestsHandle both ad hoc and routine platform tasks such as competitor price checks, promotion audits, and verifying that menu changes and initiatives are accurately reflected on the platformLiaise with Grab and Foodpanda account managers as needed regarding platform operational concerns and requests SecondaryOpportunistically capitalize on additional sources of revenue for the companyAssist in the coordination and fulfillment of B2B and ad hoc ordersSupport project management and execution of other initiatives as assigned by the Growth Lead, supporting various projects and revenue generating efforts of the Growth team Other duties and tasks, as may be assigned.
