Role SummaryThe Pharmacovigilance Associate is responsible for supporting drug safety operations through the review, processing, and assessment of adverse event reports. This role ensures accurate data handling, timely case processing, and compliance with global pharmacovigilance standards while contributing to patient safety and regulatory obligations.

Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process adverse event and product safety reports within required timelinesPerform accurate case data entry, coding, and duplicate checks in safety databasesDraft concise and medically accurate case narratives and follow-up queriesConduct initial case assessments based on established procedures and guidelinesMaintain documentation, trackers, and quality records related to case processingEnsure compliance with internal SOPs, quality standards, and regulatory requirementsCollaborate with internal stakeholders to support workflow continuity and team objectivesParticipate in training, process improvement, and cross-functional initiatives RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Nursing, Life Sciences, or related healthcare disciplineFresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome to applyExperience in pharmacovigilance, healthcare, clinical, retail pharmacy, or research is an advantageStrong English communication skills, both written and verbalExcellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skillsAbility to work independently and in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office and familiarity with databases/safety systems is a plusStrong teamwork skills with the ability to work in multicultural environments.
