Location: Pasig City Work Schedule: Dayshift, Monday - Friday Work Setup: Full Onsite Overview: We are looking for a driven and people-focused Organizational Learning & Development Specialist to support the growth and capability-building efforts of our workforce. This role is central to designing and delivering meaningful training programs, nurturing future leaders, and fostering a workplace culture that values continuous improvement and learning. Key Responsibilities: Training Needs Assessment & Capability Building Work with business leaders to identify skill gaps and learning priorities across the organizationConduct needs assessments using interviews, surveys, performance data, and organizational reviewsConvert business goals into practical, measurable learning solutionsHelp build competency frameworks and learning pathways tailored to specific roles Learning Program Design & Content Development Develop engaging training programs, workshop materials, slide decks, facilitator guides, and e-learning modulesCreate learning content covering leadership, communication, technical skills, customer service, compliance, and behavioral competenciesTailor materials to different audiences and learning preferencesEnsure all content reflects the company's goals, values, and performance standards Training Facilitation & Program Delivery Facilitate face-to-face, virtual, and hybrid training sessions for employees at all levelsHandle workshops, onboarding programs, team-building activities, and leadership sessionsCoordinate training logistics including venue arrangements, scheduling, and external vendor managementProvide guidance and coaching to employees and managers regarding development plans Learning Administration & Operations Manage training schedules, registrations, attendance records, and documentationMaintain and update the Learning Management System (LMS) and employee development recordsPrepare training reports, dashboards, and analytics for HR and managementMonitor completion of mandatory training and certification requirements Training Effectiveness & Continuous Improvement Measure training impact through assessments, feedback forms, observation, and performance dataAnalyze results and recommend enhancements to improve learning outcomes and knowledge retentionKeep up with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in employee learning and developmentExplore and recommend innovative approaches such as digital learning and blended learning solutions Leadership & Talent Development Support Assist in rolling out leadership programs, succession planning, and high-potential employee initiativesSupport organizational development and employee engagement projects that strengthen company cultureWork with HR and business leaders to promote career growth and internal mobilityContribute to programs that improve employee performance, productivity, and retention Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Organizational Development, or a related fieldAt least 3 to 5 years of experience in Learning & Development, Corporate Training, Organizational Development, or Talent ManagementProven track record in conducting training needs analysis and designing corporate learning programsStrong facilitation, presentation, and communication skillsHands-on experience creating training materials, e-learning content, and competency-based programsFamiliarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platformsProficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and WordStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levelsBackground in telecoms, tech, BPO, shared services, or large corporate environments is a plus
