Qualification: Minimum 2 years Telco account experienceExperience in coaching, administrative tasks, and project involvementAttention to detailCan suggest new ideas to improve processes Roles and ResponsibilitiesTo comply with daily, weekly and monthly tasks and action plans for the program they support (daily tactic observations, reports, coaching feedback, recommendations, etc.)Perform tasks and activities that aim to improve the effectiveness, efficiency and overall leadership competencies of TLs, OMs/SOMsProvide 360 feedback to operations on gaps, opportunities and non- adherence to processProduce value- add solutions to improve site’s performanceWork closely with the leaders in operations to improve overall execution of actionsHelp support, prepare, observe coaching session and provide feedback to perform betterGuide and sustain the leadership team of the Leadership coaching model expectations (based on the daily, weekly and monthly job expectations of TLs, OMs, SOMs, PDLs)Onboard new leaders/managers – New to Title/Leadership Academy Coaching Model andprocessGuide leadership team on Data driven decision making, Coaching Loop, and follow-up tactics to upskill, certify and stay on point on commitments to stay consistent
