Job description
Strategic Planning and Execution:Develop and implement long-term strategies to drive operational efficiency and business growth.Oversee operational policies and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans to address gaps.Leadership and Team Management:Lead and mentor operations managers, supervisors, and staff to meet performance targets.Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to improve productivity.Build a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Process Optimization and Performance Monitoring:Analyze data and metrics to assess performance and identify areas for optimization.Streamline workflows and implement best practices to enhance productivity and profitability.Ensure compliance with organizational policies, legal standards, and industry regulations.Budget and Resource Management:Prepare and manage operational budgets to maximize cost-efficiency.Allocate resources effectively to meet business priorities and timelines.Track expenses, forecast needs, and implement cost-control measures.Stakeholder and Client Relations:Collaborate with senior management and clients to address business needs.Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Provide regular reports and updates on performance and project progress. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or equivalent (preferred).Experience:Minimum 5–7 years of experience in operations management, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale operations and achieving performance goals.Skills and Competencies:Strong strategic planning and organizational skills.Excellent leadership and team management abilities.Proficiency in data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.Advanced problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Expertise in project management tools and methodologies.Others:Results-oriented mindset with attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Adaptable, proactive, and highly motivated.Strong ethical standards and professionalism.
