Role Description The Marketing Services Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Makati. This role oversees the planning and execution of marketing initiatives to support residential projects, ensuring brand alignment and market impact. Day-to-day

responsibilities include overseeing marketing backroom operations coordinating campaigns and promotional activities, managing marketing expenses, and collaborating with sales and various teams to drive lead generation and conversion. The Marketing Services Manager also supervises marketing materials production, monitors performance metrics, and maintains relationships with agencies, suppliers, and partners to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Marketing and Market Planning skills, including campaign development and brand management. Candidates should possess experience in Sales support, aligning marketing initiatives with sales targets and customer acquisition goals. Candidates should possess solid Budgeting capabilities, including cost control, resource allocation, and ROI analysis for marketing activities.

Candidates should possess effective Project Management skills to oversee timelines, cross-functional coordination, and execution of multiple initiatives. Relevant

qualifications include a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, and experience in real estate or property development is an advantage. Additional beneficial skills include data-driven decision making, strong written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and proficiency in marketing analytics and presentation tools.
