Job Title: Logistics Manager (Mandarin-Speaking)Job DescriptionThe Logistics Manager is responsible for overseeing and optimizing logistics operations, ensuring efficient transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution activities. The role involves managing operational risks, ensuring regulatory compliance, improving logistics processes, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support business objectives.Key Responsibilities:Manage and oversee daily logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and distribution.Develop and implement logistics strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service quality.Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks that may impact logistics performance and business continuity.Monitor logistics activities to ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and government regulations.Coordinate with headquarters, regional offices, suppliers, contractors, and service providers to ensure smooth logistics operations.Analyze logistics performance metrics and prepare operational reports for management review.Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.Oversee corrective actions for operational issues and ensure timely resolution of logistics-related concerns.Support crisis management and contingency planning to minimize disruptions to logistics operations.Manage and develop logistics personnel, ensuring adherence to company standards and best practices.Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Operations, Compliance, and other departments to support organizational goals.Language Requirement:Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written).Able to communicate effectively with headquarters, regional management, Chinese-speaking stakeholders, suppliers, and business partners.
