Live Seller

Philippines. Job Summary We are looking for an energetic, sales-driven, and confident TikTok Live Selling Specialist to represent our brand through engaging live selling sessions on TikTok Shop. The successful candidate will be responsible for hosting daily livestreams, demonstrating products, engaging viewers, driving sales conversions, and ensuring smooth livestream operations.

The role also includes setting up livestream equipment, monitoring live performance, maintaining accurate daily KPI reports, and collaborating with the Marketing and E-commerce teams to execute successful campaigns and achieve sales targets.

Key

Responsibilities Livestream Selling Host engaging TikTok Live selling sessions and effectively promote company products. Demonstrate product features,

benefits, and promotions to encourage purchases. Interact with viewers by answering inquiries and building customer engagement. Achieve daily livestream sales and conversion targets. Livestream Operations Set up and test livestream equipment, lighting, microphone, camera, internet connection, and other live tools before each session. Ensure smooth execution and troubleshoot basic technical issues during livestreams.

Coordinate with the Marketing and Operations teams regarding promotional campaigns and product availability. Performance Monitoring Encode and submit daily livestream KPIs, including sales, GMV, viewers, engagement, orders, and conversion rates. Monitor livestream performance and recommend improvements to increase sales and audience engagement. Product Preparation Review product knowledge before each livestream.

Prepare product samples, promotional materials, and talking points. Maintain a clean and professional livestream environment. Work Schedule 4 hours Live Selling 1 hour Meal Break 4 hours Live Selling Total: 8 hours of livestream hosting per working day

Qualifications High school graduate, Senior High School graduate, or College level; a bachelor's degree is an advantage. Experience in TikTok Live, Shopee Live, Facebook Live, or livestream selling is preferred. Confident and comfortable speaking in front of the camera. Strong communication, selling, and customer engagement skills. Knowledge of TikTok Shop livestream features and basic livestream setup.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for KPI reporting. Sales-driven, energetic, and target-oriented. Willing to work flexible schedules, including promotional campaigns and double-digit sale events. Preferred

Qualifications Experience as a TikTok Live Host, Live Seller, or Livestream Presenter. Knowledge of livestream equipment and basic troubleshooting. Familiarity with TikTok Shop Seller Center is an advantage. Experience in retail, customer service, or sales is preferred.
