What You’ll Do: - Lead Management: Respond to inbound leads immediately via text, email, and phone to qualify their buying/selling needs. - CRM & Systems: Manage the CRM database, troubleshoot technical issues, and train agents on system use. - Nurturing & Automation: Activate drip campaigns and maintain steady communication with leads until they are ready for an agent. - Reporting & Tracking: Build Google Sheet dashboards to monitor agent productivity, task completion, and conversion ratios. - Team Support: Set appointments, assign leads to agents, and upload contacts to the dialer system.
