Role Description:The Laboratory Analyst role is a full-time, on-site position based in Metro Manila. The Laboratory Analyst will perform routine and specialized laboratory tests, operate and maintain laboratory equipment, and document results in accordance with established protocols. This role involves supporting quality control activities, performing calibrations, and ensuring compliance with laboratory safety and regulatory standards.

The Laboratory Analyst will collaborate with team members, contribute to continuous improvement of laboratory processes, and provide accurate data to support research, production, or diagnostic objectives.

Qualifications:Strong analytical skills to interpret test results, identify trends, and troubleshoot laboratory issues. Proficiency in laboratory skills such as sample preparation, handling, and execution of standard test procedures. Experience operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, including routine checks and basic troubleshooting. Knowledge of quality control principles and practices to ensure reliability and accuracy of laboratory data.

Ability to perform calibration of instruments and verify measurement accuracy according to protocols. , Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or related discipline). Familiarity with laboratory safety standards and regulatory

requirements. Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
