Junior ProducerJob Summary:A highly organized and proactive Junior Producer responsible for supporting the execution of video, branded, digital, and publishing projects from pre production to post production. The role involves assisting Senior Producers in coordinating production activities, managing schedules and logistics, communicating with clients and production teams, and ensuring projects are delivered efficiently and on time.

This position requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast paced creative environment.

Responsibilities:Assist Senior Producers in managing all stages of video and content production from concept development to final deliveryCoordinate production schedules, timelines, logistics, and operational requirementsSupport communication with clients and ensure project updates are properly relayedCoordinate with talents, crew, suppliers, and clients before, during, and after productionAssist in preparing scripts, shot lists, call sheets, production schedules, permits, and other production documentsOrganize and maintain production assets, project files, footage, and creative materialsProvide on site production support to ensure smooth and efficient shoot executionHelp manage production workflows and ensure deadlines and deliverables are metAssist in monitoring post production progress including editing, revisions, approvals, and final outputsSupport multiple agency and publishing projects while maintaining production quality standardsEnsure proper documentation, file management, and archiving of production materialsPerform other production related tasks assigned by Senior Producers or managementScope of WorkProduction coordination and schedulingPre production planning and shoot preparation supportOn site production assistance and logistics managementClient, talent, supplier, and crew coordinationProduction documentation and file organizationAsset management and project trackingSupport for post production workflows and deliverablesAssistance in executing branded, digital, agency, and publishing content projectsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communication, Multimedia Arts, Film, Advertising, Marketing, or related fieldAt least 1 year of experience in production, media, advertising, or related industries is an advantageStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and coordination abilitiesFamiliarity with video production processes and workflowsAbility to work in a fast paced and collaborative environmentDetail oriented with strong problem solving skillsProficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and production management toolsWilling to work flexible hours and on site during shoots when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr.
