Junior Financial Analyst

Position Title: Junior Financial Analyst Location: Philippines (BGC / On-site) A leader within the iGaming space in the Philippines is looking for a Junior Financial Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities• Assist in the preparation of monthly management reports, budgets, and forecasts• Perform financial and business analysis on revenue, costs, margins, and operating expenses• Prepare dashboards, reports, and analysis to support management decision-making• Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs Budget / Forecast) and identify key drivers• Support business teams with ad-hoc financial analysis and data requests• Assist in financial modeling, data validation, and process improvement initiatives• Prepare materials for management presentations RequirementsMandatory• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field• 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, audit, or financial analysis• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, basic financial modelling)• Good analytical thinking and attention to detail• Strong written and spoken English communication skills Preferred / Advantage• Experience using Power BI, Tableau, or similar data visualisation / BI tools• Big 4 audit or advisory background• Exposure to FP&A, management reporting, or business performance analysis• Professional certifications such as CPA, CFA are an advantage but not required Soft Skills• Detail-oriented, structured, and responsible• Comfortable working with numbers and large datasets• Able to communicate insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders• Strong learning mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
