MicroSourcing is seeking an IT Support Officer to join our Ortigas, Pasig team onsite during dayshift. You will be the first point of contact for end users, diagnosing and resolving Windows and Microsoft 365 issues, managing tickets, and supporting onboarding and offboarding across multiple sites. Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in IT helpdesk, strong AD/Entra ID and networking skills, and excellent English communication. #J-18808-Ljbffr. Compensation: 280 - 360.
