Job DescriptionPrimary Responsibilities:Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluationsOversee continuous monitoring of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and applications, to ensure optimal performance and availabilityCoordinate response to IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on operationsPlan and implement IT infrastructure projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budgetManage vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and ensuring service level agreements (SLAs) are metOversee the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources and adherence to financial guidelinesEnsure IT infrastructure compliance with industry standards and regulations, and implement security measures to protect against threats.Available to respond to outage events 24/7.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldRelevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CCNP are highly desirable.Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a track record of managing teams and handling complex projects.Strong understanding of IT infrastructure technologies, including servers, networks, storage, and virtualization.Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.This role is critical for maintaining the efficiency and reliability of an organization’s IT infrastructure, requiring a blend of technical expertise and strong leadership abilities.
