Work Arrangement: 5:00 AM to 2:00 PM (MNL time), with on-site reporting four times per week. JOB DECRIPTION:The Business Analyst – Promotion Planning ensures accurate setup, validation, and tracking of promotions across systems, while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders. This role supports efficient execution and uses data insights to improve promotion performance and processes. Role SummaryIndependently manage promotion workflows end-to-end.Improve efficiency and turnaround time of promotion planning processes.Support data-driven insights for promotion optimization. Job Qualifications:Education & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in: Business, Data Analytics / Information Systems Or similar field.Problem-solving and critical thinking.Stakeholder communication.Time management and prioritization.Ownership & Continuous Improvement mindset.
