Job description

The Innovation Labs Associate proactively and holistically supports innovation approaches and activities through the use of agile, lean startup and other experimentation approaches to make experimentation processes effective and productive. The role works closely with technical lead and innovation architect to create alignment between business requirements and the technical team. It is responsible for ensuring smooth execution and success of complex software solutions to meet business needs. GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES • Leads the design and architecture of the various software applications related to research and development• Understands and implements security and data protection as part of the overall design• Maintains quality and ensure responsiveness of applications• Maintains code integrity and organization• Observes proper use of technologies, tools and techniques used within the team• Contributes to standards and procedures to aid in the delivery of high quality service• Ensures that development standards, policies and procedures are adhered to• Executes proof of concepts, develop prototype solutions leveraging on new and emerging technologies• Regularly monitors and communicates development results to stakeholders• Collaborates with other stakeholders in designing and building new technology standards.• Gains enough business knowledge and work closely with strategy and business leaders to be able toactively participate in designing technical solutions to address business needs TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES Knowledge and understanding of different types of software development methods (existing, new, emerging and hybrid).Knowledge of existing, new and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new software designs and delivery models to achieve targeted business outcomes.Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing a software application.Strong analytical and conceptual skills; ability to create original concepts and theories for a variety of projects Experience in developing effective solutions to diverse and complex business problems.Experience Project Management QUALIFICATIONS Graduate of Computer Science, Information Technology, Business-related course or its equivalentAt least 4 years of business or IT experience with a direct responsibility for leading digital transformation programs.Excellent business communication skills
